Steak night done right🤌✨

This steak dinner and it hit the spot

I threw a potato in the oven at 425 for about an hour. While it baked I sliced up some onion and red and orange peppers then sautéed them in olive oil on medium heat. Once they got soft I seasoned my steaks with salt and pepper and seared them right in the same pan. For the salad I sliced a cucumber shredded a carrot added a little olive oil and tossed everything in Kraft Zesty Italian dressing. Then I loaded the baked potato with cheese and a big swirl of sour cream. Everything came out so good. Juicy steak sweet peppers crunchy salad and that perfect loaded potato. This is my kind of easy homemade meal.
