For my ppl who don’t eat red meat you can also substitute the steak for chicken breast.😊 This is one my go to meals especially when I am watching what I eat and trying to stay away from fast food or soul food😭// anyway I hope you enjoy🤩

**Ingredients:**

- 3 tbsp butter

- Garlic powder (or fresh garlic)

- 1/4 cup water

- Steak (your choice)

- Seasonings: Goya onion powder, Jamaican jerk seasoning, Nashville spicy chicken seasoning

- 1/2 cup water (for broccoli)

- Broccoli florets

- 2 cups water (for gravy)

- 2 gravy packets (store-bought)

- Roasted potatoes: salt, pepper, garlic powder, butter, Goya seasoning

- Jasmine rice

**Instructions:**

1. **Cook the Steak**:

Heat 3 tbsp butter in a pan. Add garlic powder (or fresh garlic) and 1/4 cup water. Season your steak with Goya onion powder, jerk seasoning, and Nashville seasoning. Cook the steak until browned and juices are absorbed (aim for well-done).

2. **Steam the Broccoli**:

Remove the steak, then add 1/2 cup water to the same pan. Add broccoli to steam, soaking up the steak juices for added flavor.

3. **Make the Gravy**:

In a separate pot, follow the instructions on the gravy packets. Mix 2 cups water and 2 gravy packets, simmering on low while stirring occasionally.

4. **Roast the Potatoes**:

Season cut potatoes with salt, pepper, garlic powder, butter, and Goya seasoning. Air fry at 400°F for 25 minutes, or until crispy.

5. **Cook the Rice**:

Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions (about 8 minutes). For stovetop: cover rice with water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover until water evaporates.

6. **Serve**:

Plate everything: steak, rice, gravy, roasted potatoes, and steamed broccoli. Enjoy a quick and delicious 10/10 meal!

**Total time**: ~30 minutes.
