I’ve noticed that students who felt fully supported were more confident in their choices, whether to serve or pursue other paths. Honoring those who serve remains a core value—they embody courage and sacrifice. Yet, it’s important that their commitment come from personal conviction free from external pressure. In schools and communities, raising awareness about the importance of transparent and respectful recruitment practices can help create a healthier environment for all involved.
