Inspired Action when action comes from "inspiration."
Many people grow up with the teaching that "success is redeemed by hard work" or hard self-agitation, but in the world of organized work, Alignment has a more powerful way: Inspired Action, or inner-inspired action.
1. Inspired Action vs. Forced Action
The difference between these two is not the "workload," but the "energy" used.
Forced Action Coercion is caused by fear, anxiety, or the feeling of "having to do it." You will feel tired, depressed energy, and often encounter obstacles or resistance along the way.
Inspired Action Inspirational Action is caused by the feeling of "wanting to do," there is excitement, there is a gushing idea, you will feel like time passes quickly, Flow State, and the work is often of impressive high quality.
2. Signs of Inspired Action
How do you know this is a consistent state?
The 'Aha' Moment Ideas tend to come when you're relaxed, not when you're trying to throttle them.
Easy and fluid. While the task is difficult or complicated, you will find a way to manage it that looks like a "rhythm."
It doesn't feel like it's "working." You do it because it's fun and you want to see it happen. More than just doing it to end it.
3. Why does Inspired Action get more results?
When you act from a "yes" feeling, that energy is also passed down in your portfolio.
Attract people. Work done with patches and pleasures will have a certain "charm" that attracts people to attention.
Reduce mistakes because your mind is focused on the present, not on future outcomes or concerns.
This kind of work doesn't burn you, because every time you do it, you get your energy back instead of wasting it.
4. How to train yourself in this state
We can't "force" inspiration, but we can "create space" for it to happen.
Take a break when you feel tired. If you start to feel forced, stop and do something that makes you comfortable first to adjust your energy level.
Listen to intuition when you feel like, "Try this," even if it doesn't make sense at first.
Clear on target. When inside, you're clear, Clarity.
Inspiration will know in which direction to run.
Inspired Action does not mean sitting and waiting for inspiration to arrive, but "tuning yourself in line first and then walking."
When you act out of this state, you will find that success is no longer a matter of trying to chase the chaser, but of "glyphs" to the perfect rhythm of life.
