Fun fact: White chocolate isn’t actually chocolate.

It doesn’t contain any cocoa solids (the part that gives chocolate its rich flavor).

It’s basically sweet cocoa butter with milk and sugar dressed up in a chocolate costume.

I boiled some egg shells then spread them out on a baking sheet. then placed them in the oven at 200° for 20 minutes. after I double checked that they were all completely dry I put them in the food processor to pulverize them as best as I could. I'll let you know how it goes.
