How does it taste:

Crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, with warm caramel-cinnamon Biscoff flavor in every bite. The cheesecake filling adds a slight tang that balances the sweetness, (the lemon juice). while the melted Lotus Biscoff drizzle and cookie crunch finish it off rich, buttery, and spiced—like a cinnamon roll and cheesecake combined…. I didn’t measure. Please taste and adjust all the measurements… cause idk

Biscoff Cheesecake Egg Rolls

Ingredients

• Egg roll wrappers

• Cream cheese (softened)

• Granulated sugar

• Vanilla extract

• Lotus Biscoff cookie butter (Biscoff cream)

• Crushed Biscoff cookies

• Oil (for frying)

- [ ] A little Lemon juice to wake up flavor

- [ ] A little Salt to wake up flavor

Cheesecake Filling

1. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and a few spoonfuls of Biscoff cookie butter, lemon juice, salt

2. Mix until smooth, thick, and creamy with no lumps.

Assembling the Egg Rolls

1. Lay an egg roll wrapper flat in a diamond shape.

2. Spoon the Biscoff cheesecake filling into the center.

3. Sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies on top of the filling.

4. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, fold in the sides, and roll tightly.

5. Seal the edge with a little water.

Frying

1. Heat oil to 350°F.

2. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 2–3 minutes per side.

3. Remove and place on a wire rack or paper towels.

Cinnamon Roll–Style Icing (for Drizzle)

Ingredients

• Powdered sugar

• Heavy cream or milk

• Vanilla extract

• Cinnamon

Instructions

1. In a bowl, whisk powdered sugar with a splash of cream or milk.

2. Add vanilla and a pinch of cinnamon.

3. Mix until smooth and pourable but still thick enough to drizzle.

Toppings & Finish

1. Warm the Biscoff cookie butter slightly so it becomes pourable.

2. Drizzle the warm Biscoff cream over the fried egg rolls.

3. Drizzle the cinnamon roll icing on top.

4. Finish with crushed Biscoff cookies sprinkled over everything, Eat it with a side of cold ass 🙂‍↕️… I mean ice cream…. I had salted caramel.
