Please don’t pirate books

If you don’t have KU and need a smutty read, I would rather send you a free ebook for an honest review than have you find pirated copies of my books… just follow me and send me a message.

All my books are on KU, kindle, and Amazon but I understand times are ruff🐾 and people are scaling back. If you want to read something I have out and are willing to post an honest review on Amazon or Goodreads or social media, I would happily give you a free ebook. Just follow me on whatever social we match on (or all of them) and send me a message/comment.

Times are also rough for indie authors. We are being quoted excessive amounts for basically anything. I do what I do for the love of smut 🥰🥵🔥

... Read morePiracy is a big concern for many indie authors, especially those who create niche genres like smutty romance. When readers turn to pirated books, it not only hurts the creators financially but also discourages them from continuing their passion projects. Luckily, many indie authors, including those publishing on platforms like Kindle Unlimited (KU) and Amazon, offer alternate ways to access their work without resorting to piracy. One great approach is to connect directly with authors on social media or through their websites. Authors often run promotions or are willing to provide free ebooks in exchange for honest reviews on platforms like Amazon, Goodreads, or social channels. These reviews are crucial as they help increase the book’s visibility and credibility, benefiting both the author and genuine readers. Understanding the financial challenges many face during tough times, some authors openly invite readers to message them for free copies, as long as they commit to posting honest reviews. This gesture fosters trust and community support and helps readers access quality content legally, preserving the creative ecosystem. Another benefit of avoiding pirated books is guaranteeing that you are reading the final, legitimate version of the book without errors or missing content, which can happen with unauthorized copies. Supporting indie authors by acquiring books through legitimate channels also ensures your device’s security by avoiding potential malware risks linked to pirated files. If you’re passionate about smutty romance and want to find new indie authors, hashtags like #smuttok, #indieauthor, #romancebooks, and #smutjunkie on social media platforms are good places to start. They help you discover new releases, connect with authors, and participate in giveaways. In summary, if you lack Kindle Unlimited but crave steamy romance reads, messaging an indie author offering free ebooks for an honest review is a win-win. It helps keep the indie publishing world vibrant and accessible while providing you with trusted, quality content. Always choose legal avenues to support the authors who create the stories you love.
