How I keep my teeth so white

I have been asked many times how did I get my teeth so white and how do I keep it that way. Here’s my story
years ago before becoming a #dentalhygienist I was told that my gums were unhealthy
After being treated for this and going to #dentalhygieneschool to learn even more I ten noticed that my teeth were yellow. Of course I drank a lot of coffee and tea.
As soon as I graduated school and started working in a dental office I asked for professional #teethwhitening
At the time they used #zoom and my teeth came out so bright.
As a #hygienist I know that white teeth is something that you must maintain. So I rinse with water after eating. I also use an electric toothbrush and every year I use whitening products like whitening strips as a touch up.
I’m very happy with the color of my teeth now and maintain routine dental cleanings and checkups as well.
