📌 Feeling overwhelmed? Here are 7 easy ways to bring more happiness and peace into your life! 💛

1. Practice gratitude 🙏

- Focus on the small joys like your morning coffee or a kind text from a friend. Appreciating even the little things helps you realize all the good things in life.

2. Move your body 🚶‍♀️

- Exercise releases, endorphins which boost mood and reduces stress. A simple walk in nature can instantly calm your mind. When feeling stress working out can help release any tension.

3. Limit social media. 📵

- Too much scrolling? Take a digital detox break to stay present. Unfollow negativity and create a fee that inspires you.

4. Get enough sleep 💤

- Aim for 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night Create a relaxing, bedtime routine (dim lights, no screen before bed). Getting enough sleep can make or break your next day.

5. Slow down and enjoy ⭐️

- It’s ok to slow down every so often and enjoy the little things you do. Pickup something that you love to do and really take the time to enjoy it.

6. Be Mindful and Present 💝

- Take a deep breath, notice 3 things you can see, hear and feel. Instant mindfulness! Being present helps you enjoy the small moments and helps boost your happiness

7. Take an obstacle as an opportunity 🌸

- sometimes life throws you curve balls, take it as a chance to grow, experience and a new opportunity.

( here is a picture of my new car after getting into an accident. I was very upset about not having my last car as it held so many memories, but if it weren’t for that accident I wouldn’t have this opportunity to get a nicer car and I am sooo appreciative of it!)

These are 7 steps I take to help me feel better when I’m down, stress, or feel stuck in life. It’s a reminder that life is beautiful and to not take for granted the little things we may miss.
