Thought on Ashwagandha?? Is it Safe?

I was chatting with my friend the other day, and she's been struggling with sleep just like me. She mentioned that she used to take ashwagandha gummies to help her wind down, and it got me thinking maybe I should give it a try? I did some research, and it seems like ashwagandha can actually help reduce stress and improve sleep quality. But in the meantime, I've been trying to stick to my own routine going to bed earlier and avoiding my phone for a bit before sleep. It's helping a bit, but I'm still not getting the restful nights I'm hoping for. Has anyone else found that they need to mix and match different approaches to get their sleep on track? I am still looking for other ways.
