🍜 sarawak laksa with a giant omelette?!

Found this Sarawak laksa in JB that looks so interesting n tasted very different from the usual laksa i eat 😂

The broth was flavorful n got its own unique taste. I had it on its own first before adding the sambal chilli so I can taste the original flavour.

Their sambal chilli makes it more flavorful but also much saltier, so don’t add too much!

Fresh prawns, quite generous with the chicken n bean sprouts too.

The big soft pan-fried omelette inside the laksa is what makes this so unique! Egg + laksa actually goes really well together. 🤤

Never tried Sarawak laksa like this before. Very nice for my first try! Yums! 💯
