I shampoo twice, first I shampoo my head upside down using head and shoulders, next I use Nexxus Therrape shampoo for extra moisture. I then put Nexxus Humectress conditioner and let that sit. I was my entire body with the bar soap. I get the soap from a goat milk soap maker and this one includes bee pollen to help the skin. When shaving I use Eos shave cream which is more moisturizing and thicker than other shaving creams I’ve used before. I always use men’s razors cause they are cheaper and work better than the women alternatives. Last I finish up by washing my face with CeraVe hydrating facial cleanser and my body with Method body wash in the simply nourish scent.
