Inner Peace is Possible!🍋🥰🫶

I’ve been through a lot of shit, but I’m not here to talk about that.

What I AM here to talk about is the power of self improvement through energy, spiritual, mental and physical improvement, it’s all very real and possible.

Challenges were faced along the way, so very many. An empath, I deeply wanted to feel inner peace, I knew I never really had that. Ive experienced many traumatic things, loss of loved ones, riding the rails of experimentation with drugs, abuse of all sorts, split persona that hid a dark side that was birthed from not having proper guidance and lack of coping skills… ok let’s stop right here.

Here I am, 47, neuropathy, no car, no job, no means of socializing beyond the borders of my walls outside of my kids, whom have been fabulous caring for me btw…

And I’m more at peace than I ever have been my whole life.

Chronic illness came along and bitch slapped me with a 9.6 velocity, sending me into a tail spin that nearly caused me to fall into an even darker depression. Yet, just before that depression that I had distanced myself from returned with a vengeance, an inner voice said… NO, LETS GO TO WORK!!!

I went to work, denying modern, conventional methods, seeking out information that would help better my situation. From reading articles regarding studies that were connected to my afflictions, to good health habits, to connecting with old and new friends and acquaintances that supported me through this ordeal, I can happily say I know inner peace and we have become true friends. Its foreign, yet, its line its becoming a new home as well, I love it here.

For those out there in the struggle, I’m praying for you, that you find your resolve. It’s not easy, the majority of things they put in our faces throughout life all seems to be advertisements and fads that can all so very much become confusing, but the answers are out there as long as you work hard at seeking out the information that is tailored to you. It’s a must to be sincere to yourself, remain open to what is unconventional, embrace and engrain what you’ve found, stay committed and deny anything that tries to cause you to stumble.

Don’t be fooled, you have to pursue the data like a bounty hunter, dont fall in despair for the fast track, as there isn’t a quick fix, there is not a singular solution, its a series of compontents that eventually becomes a personal recipe that consists of many ingredients, which you the must master chef it in order to get it cooking, and consume it like your life depends on it. Most of all, be patient because it takes time for your being to adjust to it all.
