After a while, we started to do it in time, plus the dishwasher broke again. The man walked to tell us to hurry up for you, Monk!!!How can I speed up? So I told him that I couldn't do it in time. I washed it and wiped it and put it again. But he just said to speed it up a little. That was the beginning of the water. Wash it and curse it in my heart. And the dish that was washed was very heavy. After the work was done, I walked out of the shop and said to myself that one time, that's enough. That's it. We will meet again. 🌬️

เมื่อได้ทดลองทำงานล้างจานที่ร้าน MAGURO ครั้งแรก ผมได้เรียนรู้หลายอย่างที่ทำให้เข้าใจวิถีการทำงานในร้านอาหารมากขึ้น โดยเฉพาะเรื่องความเหนื่อยและความเร่งรีบที่มาพร้อมกับงานล้างจานอย่างแท้จริง จากคำบอกเล่าของเพื่อนที่เคยผ่านงานล้างจานมาก่อน งานลักษณะนี้ต้องอาศัยความอดทนและความขยันสูงมาก เพราะต้องรับผิดชอบตั้งแต่การคัดแยกเศษอาหารบนจาน ล้าง จัดเก็บ และเช็ดเรียบร้อย ซึ่งต้องทำแทบจะทั้งกระบวนการเองเกือบทั้งหมด เมื่อลูกค้าเข้าร้านเยอะ งานก็จะทับถมและกดดันให้เราต้องเร่งมืออย่างมาก แต่ด้วยเครื่องล้างจานพังบางครั้งก็ทำให้ระบบล่าช้า และระดับความตึงเครียดในที่ทำงานก็มากขึ้นตามไปด้วย นอกจากนี้ผมยังได้เรียนรู้เรื่องค่าใช้จ่ายที่ไม่คาดคิด เช่น ค่าจอดรถที่ต้องเสียเพิ่ม รวมทั้งรายละเอียดการหักค่าแรงที่เมื่อเอามาคิดเทียบกับความเหนื่อยล้ารวมทั้งความกดดันในการทำงานแล้ว อาจทำให้รู้สึกว่าคุ้มค่าเหนื่อยน้อยกว่าที่คาดหวังไว้ แต่ในขณะเดียวกันงานล้างจานก็เหมาะกับคนที่ชอบงานหนัก ใช้แรงกาย และไม่ชอบการสื่อสารกับลูกค้าหรือทีมงานมากนัก หากใครสนใจจะลองทำงานพาร์ทไทม์ในร้านอาหาร และชอบงานที่ต้องพึ่งพาความสามารถในการจัดการตัวเองสูง งานล้างจานที่ MAGURO ก็ถือว่าเป็นโอกาสที่ดีที่จะได้เรียนรู้ประสบการณ์จริงในวงการร้านอาหาร และผมแนะนำให้เตรียมใจรับมือกับความเหนื่อยและความเร่งรีบให้ดี เพื่อมองหาระดับความท้าทายที่เหมาะสมกับตัวเอง และเพื่อให้ได้ผลตอบแทนที่สมควรกับความพยายามที่ใส่ลงไป
