Full-fledged VR first experience. I was surprised to be able to have a fairly realistic experience! It was a lot of fun 🤩
It really felt like I was walking on a pyramid.
I can't tell you well because I can't take a picture of what I see in VR 💦
It was a little expensive at 4000 yen for about 45 minutes, but I was able to have a pretty satisfying experience 👍🏻
I experienced it at Aso Building near Yokohama Station.

Wearing a VR headset, you can enjoy a cultural experience as if you were there while walking around the area with other participants.
[Basic Information]
Age: 8 years old and over
Children under 12 years old cannot enter.
Children under the age of 10 and those over the age of 70 have separate information (see below)
Capacity: Up to 4 people per group
In the case of 5 people, it will be a separate experience for 2 or 3 people
Duration: about 60 minutes (experience: about 45 minutes + explanation and preparation: about 15 minutes)
Depending on the congestion situation, waiting time may occur

私もこのIMMERSIVE JOURNEYのVR体験を横浜アソビルで試した経験があります。最初は4000円という料金に少し躊躇しましたが、実際にピラミッドの巨大さを体感した瞬間、それが決して高くないと感じました。VRヘッドセットを装着して歩き回ると、視覚だけでなく音響も臨場感が高く、まるで古代エジプトの空気感を肌で感じているようでした。特に「HORIZ ホライゾン オブ·クフ」のエリアは、歴史に詳しくない私でもワクワクしました。 また、他の参加者 と同じ空間で体験できるので、友人や家族と一緒に訪れるとより楽しめると思います。45分間の体験時間は集中して楽しめるちょうど良い長さで、最後には記憶に残るお土産のような感覚がありました。VR体験中はカメラで撮影できないため、次に行く方はぜひ現地の雰囲気をじっくり味わってほしいです。 横浜駅からも近いのでアクセスも便利ですし、子どもから大人まで楽しめるので、お出かけの際の新しい選択肢としておすすめします。混雑時には待ち時間もあるようなので、事前に予約しておくのがベストです。この体験を通して、私は古代文明への興味も一層深まり、次回は別の仮想文化体験にも挑戦してみたいと思いました。
