遠鉄百貨店でギフトを探すとき、私がいちばん迷うのが「相手の好みが分からない問題」。アムール・デュ・ショコラみたいにブランド数が多いイベントだと、なおさら選択肢が増えてうれしい反面、決め手が欲しくなります。そこで今回は、会場で見つけやすくて“外しにくい”ギフト選びのポイントを、自分なりにまとめてみます。 まず、手土産や職場向けなら「個包装」「常温で持ち歩ける」「箱がしっかりしている」の3つが強いです。VANILLABEANSやD’RENTY CHOCOLATEのように、チョコサンド系は箱もきれいで、見た目で“ちゃんとしてる感”が出やすい印象。特に黒と白のパッケージみたいにコントラストがあると、レジ袋から出した瞬間に映えるのでギフト向きだなと思いました。 次に、味の好みが読めない相手には「甘さの方向性」で選ぶのがラクでした。コーヒー好き・甘すぎるのが苦手な人には、ビター寄りや“コーヒー香る大人の味わい”のものが安心。逆に万人受けを狙うなら、ミルク感があって角が立たないタイプが失敗しにくいです。私は迷ったら、ビター系1箱＋ミルク系1箱の“2択セット”にして渡すこともあります。受け取った側が気分で選べるので、意外と喜ばれました。 あと地味に重要なのが「食べるシーン」を想像すること。おうちでCoffee Timeにゆっくり食べる人なら、食感が変化する（サクッ・パリッ・とろ〜り）タイプは満足度が高いです。一方で、小さなお子さんがいる家庭やシェア前提なら、割って分けやすい・ベタつきにくいものの方が扱いやすいことも。 最後に、検索でよく見かける「ぽよぽよクラブ まめだいふく」が気になっている方へ。私自身も“和菓子系ギフト”は選択肢に入れがちで、チョコだと重いかも…という相手には、まめだいふくのようなやさしい甘さの手土産がハマることがあります。遠鉄百貨店でギフトを選ぶなら、洋（チョコ）と和（豆大福）を相手に合わせて使い分けると、選びやすくなると思いました。 イベント会場では、気になる商品をその場でスマホにメモ（ブランド名・味・価格・箱の色）しておくと、次に来たときも迷いにくいです。私も今回、VANILLABEANSとD’RENTYを食べ比べたことで「次は誰にどっちを贈るか」がかなり明確になりました。
