3. Try to sunshine as little as possible. This, we know that it is really difficult because the sun in Thailand is very strong, because before going out, you should apply sunscreen and have a coat or umbrella. Avoid direct sunlight clashing is best.
4. Discipline to apply skin scrub cream regularly. This is very important. If friends are disciplined in skin care, the results will definitely come out well.

หลายคนเสิร์ชว่า “เร่งผิวขาว 3 วัน ทำเอง” เราเองก็เคยอยากได้ผลไวเหมือนกัน เลยขอแชร์แบบตรงๆ จากที่ลองทำกับตัวเอง: 3 วันสามารถทำให้ “ผิวดูสว่างขึ้น/ใสขึ้น” ได้จากการลดความหมองและเพิ่มความชุ่มชื้น แต่ถ้าจะ “ขาวขึ้นถาวร” ต้องใช้เวลาต่อเนื่องมากกว่า (ยิ่งถ้าโดนแดดบ่อย สีผิวจะกลับมาคล้ำง่าย) ทริคเร่งผิวใส 3 วัน (สไตล์ทำเอง) Day 1–3 (เช้า) 1) อาบน้ำด้วยสบู่อ่อนๆ ไม่ถูแรง เพราะยิ่งถูผิวจะระคายแล้วดูหมองง่าย 2) ทาโลชั่นตอนผิว “หมาดๆ” ทันที (อันนี้เห็นผลไวสุดเรื่องความใส) เพราะผิวชุ่มขึ้นจะสะท้อนแสงดี ดูกระจ่างใสขึ้นทันตา 3) กันแดดทาตัวทุกวันที่ต้องออกแดด และพยายามใส่เสื้อคลุม/กางร่ม ลดการปะทะแดดตรงๆ Day 1–3 (ก่อนนอน) 1) ถ้าวันนั้นโดนแดดจัด แนะนำโฟกัส “เติมน้ำให้ผิว” มากกว่าขัดผิว 2) ลงโลชั่นเป็นเลเยอร์แบบที่เราชอบทำ: เริ่มจาก Vaseline (เลือกสูตรที่เน้นลดหมองคล้ำ/เพิ่มความสว่าง เช่น PRO DERMA, UV Extra Brightening, GLUTA-HYA TONE-UP) แล้วตามด้วยโลชั่น/บอดี้เซรั่มอย่าง Garnier Sakura Glow Hyaluron เพื่อความฉ่ำฟู ผิวดูสว่างแบบสุขภาพดี เรื่องสครับ/เกลือสปา (A Bonne) ทำยังไงให้ไม่พัง - ถ้าตั้งใจ “เร่งใน 3 วัน” เราแนะนำสครับแค่ 1 ครั้งพอ (เลือก Day 1 หรือ Day 2) และถูเบามือมากๆ โดยเฉพาะข้อศอก เข่า ตาตุ่ม - เลี่ยงการสครับทุกวัน เพราะเสี่ยงผิวบาง แสบ แดง และยิ่งทำให้คล้ำง่ายกว่าเดิม เช็กลิสต์ให้เห็นผลไวขึ้น - เปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวให้เนื้อนุ่ม ซับแทนการถู - อาบน้ำไม่ร้อนจัด (น้ำร้อนทำผิวแห้ง หมองไว) - เน้นความสม่ำเสมอ 3 วันติด: ทาเช้า-เย็นแบบไม่ขาด สรุปของเรา: “เร่งผิวขาว 3 วัน” ทำเองได้ในแง่ผิวดูใสขึ้นจากความชุ่มชื้น+ลดหมองคล้ำ แต่หัวใจคือทาโลชั่นตอนผิวหมาด และกันแดดจริงจัง ถ้าทำต่อเนื่อง 2–4 สัปดาห์จะเห็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงชัดกว่าแบบปลอดภัยค่ะ
