หลายคนถามกันเยอะว่า Choigane Shabu / Choigane Seongsu (ชาบูเจนนี่) คือร้านแบบไหน แล้วควรสั่งอะไรถึงจะคุ้ม—สรุปจากประสบการณ์ที่ไปกินจริงแบบละเอียดๆ เผื่อช่วยตัดสินใจก่อนไปค่ะ บรรยากาศ & ฟีลร้าน: สาขา Seongsu อยู่โซนคาเฟ่ฮอปปิ้ง/สายแฟที่เดินสนุกมาก ตัวร้านจะคึกคักช่วงมื้อเย็น โต๊ะค่อนข้างแน่นนิดนึง แต่ข้อดีคือพนักงานดูแลไว โดยเฉพาะตอนทำเมนูปิดท้ายให้บนโต๊ะ เมนูที่ควรสั่ง (ถ้าอยากได้ “ฟูลเซ็ต” แบบร้านดัง): 1) ชาบูเนื้อแดงในน้ำซุปเผ็ดสไตล์เกาหลี: น้ำซุปเป็นเผ็ดแบบหอมๆ ไม่ได้เผ็ดจนกลบรสเนื้อ ถ้าใครกลัวเผ็ด แนะนำค่อยๆ ชิมก่อน แล้วค่อยปรับจังหวะกินกับเครื่องเคียง 2) เส้น Choigane shabu shabu kalguksu: ส่วนตัวคิดว่าเป็นจานที่ทำให้มื้อนี้สมบูรณ์จริงๆ เส้นคัลกุกซูจะหนึบ นุ่ม และดูดน้ำซุปดีมาก ยิ่งต้มในหม้อซุปที่เข้มข้นแล้วคือฟิน 3) ข้าวผัดปิดท้าย: ไฮไลต์! พนักงานจะมาทำให้บนกระทะ/หม้อที่โต๊ะ จังหวะคลุกข้าวกับซุปและเครื่องต่างๆ ทำให้กลิ่นหอมขึ้นทันที รสจะกลมกล่อมแบบ “กินเพลินๆ” และเป็นเหตุผลที่หลายคนยกให้ร้านนี้เด็ด ทริคเล็กๆ ให้กินอร่อยขึ้น: - เริ่มจากต้มเนื้อแค่พอสุก จะได้ความนุ่มและหวานของเนื้อชัดขึ้น - เก็บน้ำซุปไว้พอประมาณ อย่าเพิ่งลดจนแห้ง เพราะต้องใช้ต่อกับเส้นคัลกุกซูและข้าวผัด - ถ้าไปหลายคน แนะนำแบ่งกันชิมเครื่องเคียงหลายแบบ จะช่วยตัดเลี่ยนและทำให้รสไม่จำเจ ควรไปช่วงไหน: ถ้าอยากเลี่ยงคนแน่น แนะนำไปช่วงก่อนพีคมื้อเย็น หรือเล็งวันธรรมดา ช่วงสุดสัปดาห์ย่าน Seongsu คนเยอะเป็นพิเศษ ถ้าใครกำลังปักหมุด “Choigane shabu seongsu” ไว้ในลิสต์ บอกเลยว่าเหมาะมากกับสายชาบูที่อยากได้ครบทั้งเนื้อ ซุปเผ็ดๆ เส้น kalguksu และจบด้วยข้าวผัดแบบโชว์ทำบนโต๊ะ กินเสร็จอิ่มจุกแต่แฮปปี้ค่ะ
