7-day easy meal plan guide

Hello! 💚🌿 I created this 7-day meal plan to help give you some ideas and guidance for healthy eating. This guide is meant to balance eating healthy for your physical health AND eating comforting, fun foods for your mental health! You can choose to meal prep everything in one day, or you could make the dinners on the night they are planned. Lots of the recipes are easy, and use leftovers, so you wouldn't be overwhelmed with cooking for long hours all week.

Please remember this is just a guide, so you don't need to follow it perfectly. Make it fit your lifestyle and your taste! For example, if you don't want to eat snacks during the day, that's okay! ☺️
