การหาอาหารอร่อยในกรุงเทพไม่ใช่เรื่องยาก แต่การได้ลองร้านที่มีคุณภาพและบรรยากาศดีนั้น เพิ่มประสบการณ์การกินของคุณได้อย่างมาก จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว ร้านที่ผมชอบมากคือ "ตวง ติ่มซำ" เพราะติ่มซำของเขาทำได้ดีมาก โดยเฉพาะเสี่ยวหลงเปาที่ราคาไม่แพงและรสชาติติดใจมาก ผมเคยไปตอนเย็นและเห็นว่าคนแน่นร้านตลอด ซึ่งเป็นสัญญาณว่าร้านนี้มีของดีจริงๆ ส่วน "Maji Maji" เป็นร้านด้งปลาแซลมอนที่ผมประทับใจ เพราะปลาแซลมอนชิ้นใหญ่และสดมาก เมื่อเทียบกับราคาที่ไม่เกิน 300 บาท ถือว่าคุ้มมาก ทั้งยังมีบรรยากาศเงียบสงบ เหมาะกับการไปนั่งกินแบบสบายๆ ถ้าคุณชอบพิซซ่า ผมขอแนะนำ "Georgio's Pizza BKK" ที่มีพิซซ่านาโปลีเนื้อนุ่มหนึบจนแทบไม่อยากทิ้งขอบ ด้านซุปทรัฟเฟิลก็หอมหวลจนรู้สึกหลงใหลในรสชาติ และทำให้พิซซ่าร้านนี้มีความพิเศษไม่เหมือนใคร อีกหนึ่งร้านที่ควรลองคือ "Saemaeul" ร้านปิ้งย่างเกาหลีซึ่งให้ side dish เยอะมาก ผมประทับใจหมูหมักและซุปกิมจิที่กินง่ายและรสชาติดีมาก บรรยากาศของร้านให้ความรู้สึกอบอุ่นเหมือนนั่งกินกับเพื่อน สำหรับคนรักไก่ทอด "ฉายา แม้นศรี CHAYAA MANSRI FRIED CHICKEN" คือร้านที่ผมแนะนำเลย เพราะไก่ทอดของเขาใหญ่เต็มคำ เนื้อกรอบชุ่มฉ่ำ ทำร้อนๆ ต่อจาน และแมชด์โพเทโต้นุ่มละมุน รสชาติเข้ากันสุดๆ ลองไปเดินเล่นย่านสาทร และหากลิ้มลองเนื้อย่างของ "Yakiniku Oniku to Gohan" ที่ร้านนี้เนื้อดีมาก แม้ราคาจะสูง แต่สำหรับโอกาสพิเศษก็ถือว่าคุ้มค่า สุดท้ายสำหรับคนชอบอาหารญี่ปุ่นและฟิวชั่น ร้าน "yoka yoka" คือคำตอบ เพราะเมนูหลากหลาย สดใหม่ และราคาสมเหตุสมผล จากการไปลอง ผมรู้สึกว่าทุกเมนูทำให้ผมอยากกลับไปซ้ำอีกครั้ง การได้ไปลองแต่ละร้านจะทำให้ค้นพบรสชาติและประสบการณ์ใหม่ๆ ของการทานอาหารในกรุงเทพฯ อย่าลืมเตรียมท้องให้พร้อมและเตรียมใจให้เต็มร้อยเพื่อรับความอร่อยที่ร้านต่างๆ ให้มากที่สุดนะครับ!
