In Guilty Gear Strive, using Sol and Ky gave me a solid balance of aggressive offense and defensive options. Finishing 7th out of 11 was encouraging, considering the high skill level present. It felt great to test various combos and strategies against different playstyles and learn from each match. Street Fighter 6 proved equally thrilling, where I relied on classic characters like Ryu, Ken, and the powerhouse Zangief. The diverse roster meant adapting quickly to opponents’ tactics. Ending 7th among 13 participants showed my growth but also highlighted areas for improvement, especially in spacing and timing. Tekken 8 presented a tougher challenge with characters like Devil Jin and Jun in play. Securing 13th place out of 15 reminded me that mastering Tekken’s complex mix-ups and juggle combos demands patience and practice. Nevertheless, every match contributed valuable experience. Overall, local fight clubs provide more than just competition; they foster a supportive community. Sharing tips, discussing setups, and watching high-level matches firsthand have been instrumental in refining my skills.
