Sauce Ingredients for 1/2 box of pasta

- 1/2 can/tube of tomato paste (I didn’t have enough so had to use a few Tbs of tomato sauce as well)
- 1 tsp Oregano
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/2 pint heavy cream (if using 1 box of pasta then use 1 pint of heavy cream)
- 1/4 cup reserved pasta water (if needed)
- Fresh basil
- Grated Parmesan
