The phrase "I'm so fckin grateful for my ex, thank you, next" perfectly captures the bittersweet relief of letting go and choosing to heal rather than dwell in pain. If you’re going through something similar, know that your feelings are valid. Don’t be afraid to seek support—from friends, family, or professionals who can provide guidance and comfort. Finding positive outlets like journaling, creating video memories using apps like CapCut, or engaging with supportive online communities can also be empowering. Remember, healing is not linear. Some days are tougher than others, but you have the strength to overcome. Moving forward, focus on self-care and personal growth. Celebrate the small victories and remind yourself that you deserve love, respect, and happiness—during pregnancy and beyond.
