My current supplements 💊✨🌸

... Read moreOver the past month, my supplement regimen has truly been a game changer, especially for my hair and skin. One notable product is Nature’s Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies with 2,500 mcg of biotin per serving, which has noticeably reduced frizz and improved shine. I also take Ashwagandha gummies daily to help me feel more relaxed and achieve a lower resting heart rate, which has made a significant difference in managing everyday stress. For overall health, I rely on Nature Made’s Advanced Multi For Her multivitamins that provide balanced amounts of calcium, magnesium, and all eight B vitamins—this is especially helpful as I am lactose intolerant and need a reliable calcium source. I have also incorporated Spring Valley Apple Cider Vinegar capsules that aid digestion and help with food tolerance, which used to be troublesome for me. To support urinary tract health, I take Spring Valley Cranberry Extract capsules, which have helped decrease odor and improved my comfort significantly. This comprehensive stack of supplements may seem extensive, but based on my personal experience, the positive changes in my body and skin are definitely worth it. If you’re exploring supplements for hair growth, skin health, stress relief, or digestive support, it’s important to choose products tailored to your needs and observe how your body responds over time. Remember, consistency is key, and always consult with a healthcare provider before starting a new supplement routine. From my experience, combining targeted vitamins with anti-inflammatory and relaxing supplements has given me a balanced, glowing transformation that felt supportive inside and out.

I’ve tried taking biotin for hair loss and it didn’t seem to help with anything I’ve thought about trying it again but idk
