The BEST thing you can do is get back to consistency with your nutrition, training, water, gut health, sleep, and recovery!
The name of the game truly is *consistency*
If the scale messes with your head PLEASE stay off that for a few days, increase your water, take longer walks, but the LAST thing to do is spend HOURS in the gym, talk down to yourself, and starve yourself 🫣
