@BounceCurl I swear by this brush but I only use on day 1 when I style!
Taking care of wavy hair can be a real challenge, especially when it comes to brushing. From my experience, avoiding brushing on day 2 or 3 after washing really helps maintain those natural waves without causing frizz or disrupting the pattern. Instead of brushing, I recommend using your fingers or a wide-tooth comb to gently detangle when your hair is wet or damp. One of the key tools I use is the BounceCurl brush, but I only apply it on day 1 right after styling to smooth out any knots and help define the waves. After that, I steer clear of any brushing to preserve the wave shape. It's amazing how much difference skipping the brush makes to the volume and bounce of your hair. Additionally, refreshing your waves on non-wash days with a light mist of water or a curl refresher spray can reactivate the wave pattern. Sleeping on a satin pillowcase also helps reduce frizz and preserves your hairstyle longer. Remember, everyone’s hair is unique, so it’s important to listen to what your hair needs. Brushing less and embracing your natural wave texture can lead to healthier, more beautiful hair that you feel confident showing off!
