Pungent orange
Thank you, Ma Garden, for inviting the dough to demonstrate the making of the pungent orange menu, the floating dessert menu of the palace glass for summer.
What I really like is that in addition to many adults paying attention to this menu, some have just known it from here for the first time.

Many of you are excited about oranges that have only heard of the name, but have never seen it as a fresh child to find a lot of hope to be served or not. It's extremely rare. Some of you are excited about small hole-in-cheek, get out of things like we spray fire in the middle of the event.
Some of you ask to do it too. The dough is very pleased because this menu is not easy to find or eat. It is a very good experience. Finished the work, the heart is very fluffy. ❤️

จากประสบการณ์ที่ได้ร่วมลงมือทำส้มฉุนที่สมาการ์เด้น ฉันได้เรียนรู้ว่าการทำเมนูนี้ไม่ใช่เรื่องง่าย เนื่องจากวัตถุดิบหลักอย่างส้มซ่าหรือลูกมะยงชิดสดนั้นหายากมาก ส่งผลให้การจัดเตรียมและนำเสนอเมนูนี้ในแต่ละครั้งต้องอาศัยความพยายามและความตั้งใจอย่างสูง ที่น่าประทับใจคือการคว้านเมล็ดมะยงชิดด้วยรูเล็ก ทำให้เนื้อผลไม้ยังคงความสวยงามและสดใหม่ เรียกความสนใจจากผู้เข้าร่วมงานได้เป็นอย่างดี นอกจากนี้บรรยากาศในงานเต็มไปด้วยความรู้สึกอบอุ่น เมื่อผู้ใหญ่หลายท่านที่ไม่เคยรู้จักเมนูนี้มาก่อน ตื่นเต้นและอยากเรียนรู้จนต้องขอลงมือทำด้วยตัวเอง เมนูส้มฉุนเป็นของหวานที่สะท้อนถึงวัฒนธรรมและประวัติศาสตร์ของอาหารชาววัง ที่ปกติมักจะเห็นในวาระพิเศษหรือในหน้าร้อนเพื่อช่วยคลายร้อน เหมาะสำหรับคนที่ชื่นชอบของหวานไทยแบบดั้งเดิมที่มีรสชาติสดชื่นและการจัดเสิร์ฟที่สวยงาม ประสบการณ์นี้ไม่เพียงแต่ทำให้ฉันได้เรียนรู้เทคนิคการทำส้มฉุนเท่านั้น แต่ยังได้เห็นถึงความรักและความตั้งใจในการอนุรักษ์อาหารไทยโบราณอีกด้วย รู้สึกดีใจที่ได้มีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมที่นำเสนอของว่างโบราณนี้และอยากจะแนะนำให้คนที่สนใจลองหาโอกาสชิมหรือทำเมนูนี้ดูสักครั้ง จะได้ซึมซับเสน่ห์ของวัฒนธรรมไทยอย่างแท้จริง
