At my heaviest I was 256 lbs. My lowest weight was 145lbs. During the pandemic I put weight back on and wasn’t happy about it. Then BOOM has a totally hysterectomy last year and put more weight back on. I said enough was a ENOUGH when that scale said it 199 lbs! I refused to let it go back over 200
