Made a song about me and my friend group’s time at #UWG living in Carrollton cross #201 . We did everything under the son 😭 The friends I made there are still my friends today and it’s been over 10 years since we been in college. #GoodTimes #westgeorgia #sammys
Looking back at my college days at the University of West Georgia, especially living in Carrollton crossing #201, I can honestly say those years shaped some of the most meaningful friendships I've ever had. We did everything under the sun, creating memories that have lasted more than a decade. One thing that stands out to me is how truly loyal and supportive the people around me were. The image texts remind me of how close-knit our group was, almost like a family. We treated each other with genuine care and respect, something many try to find but rarely experience so deeply. Music played a big role in our bond too. Creating songs and sharing lyrics helped us express our unique experiences and challenges. It wasn’t just about fun; it was about understanding each other's struggles and celebrating victories together. That sense of unity was palpable in everything we did. Even after all these years, many of those friendships hold strong. Despite life's changes and moving in different directions, the core connection remains—a testament to the foundation built during our times at #UWG and #201. These friendships aren't just college stories; they're lifelong commitments. If you’re currently in college or are about to start, I’d encourage you to cherish and nurture the friendships you build. Genuine connections formed in those formative years often become your backbone in more ways than you expect. Live fully, support each other, and create your own soundtrack of memories—these are the moments you’ll look back on and treasure forever.
