Osaka · Yodo River, there is a bridge that people and cars can not cross next to the downstream side of Jusan Bridge.
When this bridge reaches Juso, the bridge is connected to the building as if it were pierced...

The owner, Shi-chan, used to say.
This bridge is "NTT Juso Exclusive Bridge," an arch bridge dedicated to communication lines between the northern part of Osaka and Osaka city.
It seems that there are many tunnels to pass the line across the river, but the width of the Yodo River is wide and a dedicated bridge was built.
There are only a few in the country.
I watched it from 13 embankments under the cold winter sky.

「淀川大橋」や「専用橋」で調べている人って、だいたい“どこにあるの？何のため？”が知りたいはず。私も最初は十三大橋の近くを散歩していて、川の上にあるのに誰も渡っていない橋が気になりました。しかも、橋の行き先がビルにそのまま刺さっているみたいに見えるんです。 この橋は、歩行者用でも道路橋でもなく、通信回線を通すための「NTT十三専用橋」。淀川みたいに川幅が広い場所だと、川底にトンネルを掘って通すより、橋で一気に越えたほうが合理的なケースがあるそうです。だから“専用橋”＝一般の人が渡る目的の橋ではなく、設備を守るための橋なんですね。 場所の雰囲気としては「大阪市淀川区十三」エリアで、十三大橋の下流側（少し横）を意識して堤防を歩くと見つけやすいです。OCRにもあった「淀川・十三渡し跡碑のすぐ近くに」という目印は、現地で探すときにかなり助かりました。碑の周辺から川面越しに眺めると、アーチ状の橋がスッと伸びて、最後に建物へ吸い込まれるように繋がって見えます。 見に行くコツは、まず“渡ろうとしない”こと。柵や管理設備があるので近づきすぎず、堤防の遊歩道や安全な歩道から眺めるのがいちばんです。写真を撮るなら、十三大橋と一緒にフレームに入れると位置関係が伝わりやすいし、「専用橋」っぽさ（人がいない感じ）も出ます。冬の空気が澄んでいる日だと、橋のシルエットがくっきりして個人的におすすめでした。 「淀川大橋」という検索だと複数の橋名が混ざりやすいので、探すときは「十三大橋」「NTT十三専用橋」「淀川 十三 堤防」あたりの地名も一緒に入れると迷いにくいと思います。何気ない散歩が、“ビルに突き刺さる橋”という珍しい風景に出会えるスポットでした。
