I don’t like anything pumpkin!!
There I said it!!! 🤣🤣
Call me weird if you must, I don’t mind lol!!!
I do not like pumpkin spice anything!
My idea of yummy fall foods are, apple crumble with vanilla bean ice cream! Caramel apple cookies. Cobblers of any kind, apple pie, pecan pie, any treats made with apples and cinnamon and I’m a happy girl!!
Honestly anything with Caramel is my fall go too as well!
But as far as pumpkin goes, I do not understand the hype!
And that’s ok, just means more pumpkin spice for all you pumpkin spice loving humans out there!!!
As the fall season approaches, many people eagerly anticipate the pumpkin-spiced everything trend. However, for some, like me, the allure of pumpkin is far from appealing. Instead, I cherish fall flavors that allow me to indulge in the rich sweetness of caramel and the comforting warmth of spices like cinnamon. Classics such as apple pie and cozy cobblers remind us of childhood memories and cozy gatherings with loved ones. Apple crumble topped with vanilla bean ice cream is undoubtedly a fall favorite, offering a perfect balance of tart and sweet. The lingering aroma of freshly baked treats wafts through the air, signaling the joy of baking during the cooler months. Caramel apple cookies, another delightful creation, beautifully combine the sweetness of caramel with the crispness of apples, creating a unique flavor profile. Embracing a variety of fall foods can encourage creativity in the kitchen. Instead of bowing to seasonal pressures regarding pumpkin spice, why not invite fresh ingredients and innovative recipes into your fall menu? For instance, experimenting with seasonal fruits or baking decadent desserts can provide a delicious alternative to traditional pumpkin-flavored treats. Engaging with food trends can be fun, yet it’s important to remember that personal taste varies greatly. There’s no right or wrong when it comes to fall favorites. Whether you're whipping up a batch of pecan pie or creating a caramel-flavored masterpiece, the key is to find joy in what you truly love. So, let the pumpkin lovers enjoy their seasonal favorites; I’ll be here savoring my apples and caramel delights without any regrets!

I don’t understand the hype with pumpkin spice either. I don’t think everything should be pumpkin flavored. I don’t mind pumpkin pie though. But I do love anything apple, caramel, and I love pecan pie.
