A day in my dog’s life 🐾🤍

Today I’m taking you along as we spend a full day together, from slow morning moments to a cozy night at home. At 15½ years old, she’s living with cancer, multiple heart conditions, Addison’s disease and several other conditions, so every day is about care, patience, and a whole lot of love.

🍽️ Our morning routine starts with breakfast, where I mix chicken and rice into her kibble so she’ll eat, plus her two heart medications that we get from @Chewy

It’s a small ritual, but it sets the tone for the rest of her day and helps keep her feeling as good as possible.

🚗 After breakfast, we head out for a car ride to @Banfield Pet Hospital for her shot. Monthly vet visits have been part of our regular schedule for almost 9 years with the same team of people, and I try to make the trips calm and comforting, turning them into just another stop in our daily dog routine.

🏡 Once we’re back home, it’s all about rest and togetherness. She spends the afternoon curled up with her babies, soaking in the comfort of familiar faces and a safe space.

These quiet moments mean everything to me!
