Walked A 5k
I wanted to go on a nice long walk today, and happily my daughter obliged. She’s really been enjoying her walks even more now since we switched her to front facing in her stroller. We walked 3.22mi which is just a little over a 5K. Which is truly crazy to me to think that I can walk that far now.
Taking walks outside is definitely one of my favorite ways to stay active. So I’m sure to take advantage of the nice weather when I can (especially in the spring).
