屋形船の上で楽しむ鮨という独特の体験は、私にとってまさに贅沢なひとときでした。天王洲アイル駅からすぐの場所にある「おりがみ」では、目の前に広がる東京湾の景色とともに、築地直送の新鮮な魚介を使った多彩な鮨と和食を味わうことができます。 特に印象的だったのは、蛸の柔らか煮の繊細な味わいと、鮑に添えられた濃厚な肝ソースの絶妙なマッチング。これらが握りの鮨やリゾット風にアレンジされたシャリと調和し、料理の奥深さを感じました。さらに、紫雲丹と馬糞雲丹という二層の贅沢な雲丹握りは、海の旨味が口いっぱいに広がり、その日の気分を盛り上げてくれました。 船上は12席ほどのカウンター席で構成されており、照明は明るく落ち着いた雰囲気。スタッフの丁寧な観光案内や、二度の写真撮影スポットでの外気浴などもあり、食事だけでなく観光の要素も兼ね備えています。ただし、乗船直後は船の揺れもあり船酔いしやすい方は注意が必要です。 また、提供される料理は四季折々の素材を生かした構成で、例えば筍アサリの餡掛けは歯ごたえと旬の香りが楽しめ、ホタルイカのお浸しには鰹出汁のゼリーが添えられるなど、細部まで手間を惜しまない和食の伝統と革新を感じました。 個人的には、中落ちと海苔の佃煮が使われた手巻き寿司が特に印象に残っています。佃煮の甘辛さが舌を飽きさせず、食感も楽しめるため最後まで飽きずに食べられました。 このように、屋形船「おりがみ」での鮨体験は東京の夜景や観光ポイントを楽しみつつ、上質な和食を味わいたい方におすすめです。予約必須で価格はやや高めですが、それに見合う価値は十分に感じられました。都会の喧騒を忘れ、船上ならではの風景を楽しみながら、極上の鮨を口にする贅沢な時間を過ごせます。
