Quick work trip

My team met up for our bi-annual offsite and this time we went to Montreal! Despite living in Michigan I’ve never been to Canada and I had a great time! Here’s a few activities that I did!
1. Hop on Hop off tour bus: usually I LOVE these but our tour guide didn’t tell us any history of the city or sites that we were driving by. He only gave his personal opinion which usually was “I’ve never been inside”😆
2. Comedy show: Laughfest is huge here but it was cancelled this year due to budget cuts. We found a restaurant called Melrose that had a midweek comedy night and it was amazing!
3. Tim Horton’s: gotta get coffee and donuts from a local place AND a famous chain like TH!
4. Axe throwing: ever tried playing Tic Tac Toe with axes? 🪓 it’s hard but super fun!
Overall I had a great time, good weather, friendly people, good food!
