Raising a newborn single-handedly after such a loss is daunting, but establishing routines and asking for help where possible made a significant difference. Whether it's hiring a postpartum doula, reaching out to family, or joining online mom groups, support is essential for mental health and baby care. Importantly, take time to honor your loss—with rituals or memory-making—that keeps your baby’s spirit alive while reinforcing your strength as a mother. Remember, postpartum recovery and grieving are non-linear processes; it’s okay to have days where you don’t feel okay. Seeking professional counseling can provide tools to navigate this difficult time. Sharing my experience has strengthened my resolve and reminded me that, despite the hardships, a mother's love is enduring and powerful.
