สำหรับใครที่ชื่นชอบอาหารไทยรสชาติกลมกล่อม ข้าวผัดปูร้านชาวชลถือว่าเป็นตัวเลือกที่ไม่ควรพลาดเลยค่ะ จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวที่เคยไปทาน หลักๆ แล้วสิ่งที่ทำให้ประทับใจที่สุดคือความพิถีพิถันในการเลือกใช้วัตถุดิบดีๆ เช่น ปูที่สดหวาน กับการผัดข้าวที่เม็ดสวยไม่แฉะหรือแห้งเกินไป ทำให้รสชาติข้าวผัดปูนั้นเข้ากันอย่างลงตัว นอกจากเรื่องรสชาติที่เลิศแล้ว บรรยากาศร้านยังเป็นอีกหนึ่งจุดเด่นที่ช่วยเพิ่มอรรถรสในการทาน เพราะมีการตกแต่งด้วยไม้โทนอุ่นและโปร่ง ทำให้ความรู้สึกเหมือนนั่งอยู่ในคาเฟ่สบายๆ แต่กลับได้เสพอาหารไทยแท้ๆ นี่แหละค่ะ ที่ทำให้หลายๆ ครั้งที่ไปทานรู้สึกอยากกลับไปอีกเรื่อยๆ อีกสิ่งที่ชอบมากๆ คือความสะดวกสบายในการจอดรถตรงหน้าร้าน ทำให้การแวะไปทานง่ายขึ้นมากสำหรับคนที่ขับรถมาเอง และที่สำคัญ เมนูอื่นๆ ที่ลองมาก็อร่อยไม่แพ้ข้าวผัดปูเลยนะคะ ร้านนี้เหมาะสำหรับทั้งมื้อกลางวันและมื้อเย็นที่ต้องการอาหารไทยรสชาติแท้ๆ ไม่จัดจ้านจนเกินไป ใครอยู่แถวลาซาลหรือแวะผ่านมา อย่าลืมแวะไปชิมข้าวผัดปูที่ร้านชาวชลดูสักครั้ง รับรองแสงออกปากแน่นอนค่ะ!
