Review of 8 Indian street food. It looks good!!
1) Pann: Spice Wrapped Pol Leaf, Gum or Sweet Prying, Some Chocolate Plated, Eaten as Dessert / Helps Digest
2) ðĨ Bhel: You will use puffed rice / crispy lines, like noodles with fresh vegetables and spices, crispy fried beans, lemon squeezes and a little sauce.
3) ðĻ Kulfi: is the traditional ice cream of India, made from milk, simmered until thickened, oily sweetened. The texture is tighter than regular ice cream, there are many flavors to choose from.
4) ðŊ Chicken Frankie: Use Paratha flour, make a thin plan, wrap fried spiced marinated chicken, add fresh vegetables, sauce and omelette.
5) ð Vada Pav: Mumbai burger, the inner filling is mashed potatoes with spices. Molding the loaf and then moistening the crispy fried dough. Eat with pav (bread), cut greasy with pickled peppers.
6) ð Kabab chicken: Simply called Indian style fried chicken
The chicken is fermented with spices and then fried, mainly eaten with yogurt sauce, chaff with cucumber and shallots, to enhance the flavor.
7) ðĨ Masala Puri: Made of puri chips, cracked, then topped with lentil curry, topped with alley fragrance, tomato, coriander, sev (sev is fried crispy line)
8) ðŦ Poori (Puri): Inflatable fried dough, crispy outside soft in. It looks like roti but not quite. Eat with curry or chattani (pea sauce / vegetable sauce).
