Let me tell you a little about self-confidence✨

After having my first baby, almost 7 years ago, I lost so much of myself. My confidence disappeared, and for a long time, I didn’t feel comfortable in my own skin. I was going through the motions showing up for everyone but me.. 😥

But something shifted this past year.✨

Even though I haven’t lost the baby weight, I’ve found myself again. I realized that life isn’t just about fitting into a certain size. It’s about happiness, health, and family.

I’m still working every day to be the best version of me for my family, but it all starts with one thing… Believing in myself again💕
