My Week Battling COVID 🛌💐🎧

This week has been all about rest, recovery, and small moments of comfort while dealing with COVID. Here's what has been keeping me going:

✨ Self-Care Essentials

Lots of Sleep: Truly the best medicine.

Hydration: My trusty Stanley cup has been my constant companion, keeping me hydrated around the clock.

Medications: Mucinex and throat lozenges to soothe the symptoms.

✨ Little Joys

Audiobooks & TikTok: I finally finished Megan Quinn's How my neighbor stole Christmas and dived into Ali Hazelwood's Cruel Winter With You. And of course scrolling through TikTok when I’m too tired to focus.

Flowers from My Husband: This bouquet has brought so much cheer to my recovery space.

✨ What I’m Grateful For

Even during this tough time, I’m grateful for my support system, small comforts, and the hope of feeling better soon.
