Everyone! This running job is very cute.

My Melody & Kuromi Virtual Run 2025 🌻

And this year is very special because of the anniversary of Kuromi, 20 years old, and My Mae, 50 years old, hahahahaha. The Race kit design is a little special, don't miss it.

It's an online running event. You can run or collect distance. You can run anywhere.

🎟 Applications open on 1 Dec 2025 Time - 31 Dec 2025

✨ effective until 31 January 2026.

Race Kit is available in 2 types:

1) Regular Pack - 790 Baht (Shirt, Coin, E-bib, E-Certificate)

2) Full Pack - 1,290 Baht (Shirt, Coin, E-bib, E-Certificate, Offset, Authentic Copyright Bib Holder)

(Can run for a distance. No need to finish in one round)

Whoever gets down and chooses which team, tell us. This one, guess for fun. At the end of the job, they might put together the score and see which team is the most cumulative distance.

Or anyone who has finished running and can show off. Personally, we are down 50KM. The Kuromi team is now running 8KM. It's a long time to show off. 😂

ถ้าใครกำลังหา “งานวิ่งคิตตี้/งานวิ่งหมีเนย” หรือสาย Sanrio ที่อยากได้ Race Kit น่ารักๆ แบบ My Melody Run / Kuromi Run เราขอแชร์ทริคส่วนตัวสำหรับงานวิ่งออนไลน์แนวนี้ให้ครบๆ จะได้สมัครแล้ววิ่งจบจริง ไม่หลุดกลางทาง 1) เลือกระยะให้เหมาะกับไลฟ์สไตล์ (สำคัญมาก) งานนี้มี 5/10/20/50K และเป็นแบบวิ่งสะสมระยะได้ ข้อดีคือไม่ต้องวิ่งทีเดียวจบ เราแนะนำให้ดู “เวลาที่มีต่อสัปดาห์” ก่อน เช่น - มือใหม่/เพิ่งเริ่ม: 5K หรือ 10K กำลังสนุก วิ่ง-เดินสลับยังได้ - ออกกำลังอยู่แล้ว: 20K สะสมอาทิตย์ละ 2-3 ครั้งก็จบสบาย - สายสะสมของ + อยากท้าทาย: 50K แต่อย่าลืมเผื่อวันพัก ส่วนตัวเราลง 50K เลยตั้งเป้าเป็น “กิโลต่อสัปดาห์” แทน เช่น สัปดาห์ละ 10-12K ก็มีโอกาสจบชัวร์ 2) วางแผนวิ่งแบบง่ายๆ (ใช้ได้กับทุกงานวิ่งออนไลน์) แพลนที่เราใช้คือ 3 วัน/สัปดาห์ - วัน 1: เดินเร็ว/วิ่งเบา 20-30 นาที - วัน 2: วิ่งช้าๆ ระยะสั้น (เช่น 2-3K) - วัน 3: Long แบบสบายๆ (เพิ่มทีละนิด) เคล็ดลับคือ “ช้าได้ แต่อย่าหยุดนาน” เพราะงานแบบสะสมระยะ วินัยสำคัญกว่าเพซ 3) ส่งผลยังไงให้ไม่พลาด (แอป/นาฬิกา/ลู่วิ่ง) เราเคยส่งผลทั้งจากแอปวิ่งและสมาร์ทวอช แนะนำให้เช็ก 3 อย่างทุกครั้งก่อนกดบันทึก - ระยะทางถูกต้อง (กม.) - เวลาและวันที่ (อย่าให้เกินช่วงส่งผล) - ประเภทกิจกรรม (Run / Indoor Run ถ้าวิ่งลู่) ถ้าวิ่งลู่แล้ว GPS เพี้ยน แนะนำใช้โหมด Indoor Run และถ่ายรูปหน้าจอลู่/สรุปการออกกำลังไว้เป็นหลักฐานสำรองด้วย เผื่อระบบถามเพิ่ม 4) เลือกแพ็กเกจ Race Kit ให้คุ้ม (Regular vs Full) ถ้าโฟกัสที่เหรียญ+เสื้อเป็นหลัก Regular Pack ก็พอแล้ว แต่ถ้าเป็นสายสะสมของและชอบความครบเซ็ต Full Pack จะได้ของจุกกว่า (อย่างที่คาดผม/ที่ติดบิบ) เวลาใส่วิ่งแล้วเข้าธีม My Melody หรือ Kuromi คือถ่ายรูปขึ้นมาก 5) ทริคเล็กๆ ให้ “วิ่งจบและได้ใบเซอร์สวยๆ” - ตั้งเป้าเป็น “สะสมให้ถึง” ไม่ต้องกดเพซแรง - วิ่งในเส้นทางเดิมบางวัน จะคุมระยะง่าย - จดระยะสะสมไว้เองกันหลง (วันนี้วิ่งไปเท่าไหร่ เหลืออีกกี่โล) - ถ้ากลัวเจ็บเข่า เพิ่มวันพัก 1 วัน และยืดน่อง/ต้นขาหลังวิ่งทุกครั้ง สุดท้ายใครลังเลเรื่องเลือกทีม เราว่าเลือกจากสีเสื้อ/คาแรกเตอร์ที่ชอบได้เลย เพราะแรงจูงใจสำคัญมากสำหรับงานวิ่งออนไลน์—ยิ่งชอบทีม ยิ่งอยากออกไปเก็บระยะให้ครบเร็วๆ
