Both is an option too… I used two scoops of the @ChamberlainCoffee chocolate matcha (I haven’t tried the other options, but am assuming it’s a darker/brown shade due to the cocoa) & added about 0.5oz brown sugar syrup (which I make by simply boiling equal parts brown sugar & water)
