Opened a matcha store in 🏢 Bear Cub Matcha condo. 🧸🍵
It all started with our liking and made matcha for my girlfriend to eat every day, 💚 and then shared it with my friends.
1. Since we are a design brand 🎨, we wanted to design the logo and choose all the packages ourselves. 🥤✨
2. After that, we took a picture of the store menu (from the natural light on the condo balcony) 🌤️📸 and made all the pictures for social media. 💻📱
3. We choose thick glass and can withstand heat ☕🔥 to show customer attention in every step. 💖
4. After we send the design to the printing plant 🖨️, the printing mill is too good. Make our stickers color distorted. 😅 Change! 🔄
5. In the early days when we opened the store, we used plastic bags to pack food, but after the order began to grow more and more, 📦 made us worry that the customer would not be safe, so we decided to change to paper bags (there are paper trays, afraid of inverted glass, hahahahaha 🫠) 🛍️🧋
6.Add an order number sticker on the bag page ✍ ️ and Thank you 💌 paper instead of thanks from the store.
7. We also prepare water for Elder Rider. 💦🛵 The reason is because we don't have a storefront, causing Elder Order to sit and wait at the bottom of the condo. 🏙️
8. We then prepared a menu sign 📋 to install in the condo (the storefront price will be cheaper online, 💸 squeeze the hands of various stores on GP; -;) 🤝
9. In the end, even though we have more orders 📈, we always want to develop matcha and menus in the store. 🍃 Make us keep trying new matcha.

ถ้าใครกำลังหาไอเดีย “เมนูน้ำ” สำหรับเริ่มขายเดลิเวอรี่ (โดยเฉพาะสายมัทฉะ) เรารวบรวมสิ่งที่เราใช้จริงตอนทำร้านในคอนโดมาให้ค่ะ เน้นทำง่าย สื่อสารกับลูกค้าชัด และเหมาะกับการแพ็กส่งไรเดอร์ 1) เซ็ตเมนูน้ำให้เข้าใจง่าย (เริ่ม 3 เมนูก่อนก็พอ) ตอนเริ่มเราเลือกทำเมนูน้อย ๆ ก่อน เพื่อคุมคุณภาพและสต็อก เช่น - มัทฉะลาเต้ (นม) : เมนูขายง่าย คนส่วนใหญ่เข้าถึงได้ - มัทฉะอเมริกาโน่ (น้ำ) : สดชื่น ตัดเลี่ยน เหมาะกับคนไม่ทานนม - มัทฉะพรีเมียม/เข้ม (สายชา) : ทำเป็น “เข้ม x2” หรือ “อูมามิ” ให้ต่างจากร้านทั่วไป ทริคคือเขียนชื่อเมนูให้ลูกค้าอ่านแล้วรู้รสชาติทันที เช่น “มัทฉะลาเต้ เข้ม/กลาง/นุ่ม” หรือ “มัทฉะใส หอมสดชื่น” จะช่วยลดคำถามในแชทและลดออเดอร์ผิดค่ะ 2) กำหนดระดับความหวาน/ระดับเข้มให้เป็นมาตรฐาน เมนูน้ำจะถูกใจลูกค้ามากขึ้นถ้าเลือกได้ และร้านทำได้เหมือนเดิมทุกแก้ว เราทำเป็นตัวเลือกง่าย ๆ เช่น - ความหวาน 0/25/50/100% - ความเข้มมัทฉะ ปกติ/เข้ม แล้วแปะไว้ในป้ายเมนูหรือหน้าแอปเดลิเวอรี่ ลูกค้าจะสั่งง่ายขึ้นมาก 3) สูตรที่เหมาะกับเดลิเวอรี่: แยกชั้นน้อย ละลายง่าย ไม่ขมปลาย มัทฉะเป็นเครื่องดื่มที่ “คุณภาพตก” ระหว่างทางได้ง่าย ถ้าเขย่าแล้วจับตัวเป็นก้อนหรือแยกชั้นเยอะ เราเลยโฟกัส 3 อย่าง - ตีผงให้เนียนก่อน (อย่าให้เป็นเม็ด) - ถ้าทำแบบเย็น เลือกน้ำแข็ง/สัดส่วนที่ไม่ทำให้จืดเร็ว - เลือกแก้วหนาที่ทนความร้อน/ความเย็น ลดแก้วบิดและลดหก 4) แพ็กเกจจิ้งสำหรับเมนูน้ำ: กันหกคือหัวใจ จากที่เคยใช้ถุงพลาสติกแล้วกังวลออเดอร์ไม่ปลอดภัย พอเปลี่ยนเป็นถุงกระดาษ + ถาดกระดาษรองแก้ว ช่วยให้แก้วตั้งตรงขึ้นมาก แนะนำเพิ่มอีกนิดคือ - ติดสติ๊กเกอร์ปิดปากถุงให้แน่น - แปะ “เลขออเดอร์” หน้าถุงให้ไรเดอร์หยิบไม่ผิด - ถ้าเป็นเมนูน้ำแข็ง แยกหลอด/ทิชชู่เป็นซองเล็ก ๆ จะดูเป็นมืออาชีพขึ้น 5) ทำรูปเมนูน้ำให้น่ากดสั่ง (ถ่ายที่บ้านก็ได้) เราใช้แสงธรรมชาติแถวระเบียงคอนโด ถ่ายให้เห็นสีมัทฉะชัด ๆ แล้วจัดพร็อพเล็กน้อย เช่น กระปุกชาเขียว/แก้วจริงของร้าน และอย่าลืมถ่าย “1 เมนูต่อ 1 ภาพ” เพื่อให้หน้าร้านในแอปเดลิเวอรี่ดูสะอาดตา 6) รายละเอียดเล็ก ๆ ที่ลูกค้าจำได้ โน้ต Thank you ใส่ถุงทุกออเดอร์ กับการเตรียมน้ำให้ไรเดอร์ (เพราะไม่มีหน้าร้านให้นั่งรอ) เป็นสิ่งเล็ก ๆ ที่ทำให้คนรู้สึกว่าร้านใส่ใจ และมีโอกาสกลับมาซื้อซ้ำค่ะ ถ้าคุณกำลังเริ่มทำเมนูน้ำขาย แนะนำเริ่มจาก “เมนูน้อยแต่ชัด” + “แพ็กเกจจิ้งกันหก” ก่อนเลย แล้วค่อย ๆ ทดลองมัทฉะใหม่ ๆ เพื่อพัฒนารสชาติไปเรื่อย ๆ แบบที่เราทำอยู่ค่ะ
