Hey I’m Bec!

So bear with me while I learn this new app so any tips and tricks are super appreciated! Some of you might know me from TikTok or Ig and know me for drawing tattoo designs. I’m a tattoo artist in Florida and just recently got into a new shop that truly feels like a family with the most immaculate vibes. When I’m not at the shop I’m usually drawing up different art ideas. I truly love that I can draw things up for people to purchase in my website because my art speaks to them. My favorite concepts to draw for are music interpretations and mental health designs. So with all that said I’m super excited to share my progress, journey and art with all of you here #tattoo #tattooartist #intro #artist #Lemon8Scrapbook

... Read moreHey everyone, it’s Bec again! Since I’m just getting started here, I wanted to dive a little deeper into what drives my art and what you can expect from my journey. Many of you know me for my tattoo designs, and I truly pour my heart into every piece, whether it’s a detailed sketch of a female face or a playful Gengar-themed design. I get so much joy from translating complex emotions or beloved concepts into something permanent and meaningful. My passion truly lies in creating designs that speak to people on a deeper level. When I mention music interpretations, it's about capturing the rhythm and emotion of a song in a visual form – it’s like creating a visual soundtrack on skin! And for mental health designs, it’s often about creating symbols of strength, resilience, or personal growth. I’ve found that these pieces resonate so strongly because they represent personal battles and victories, and it’s an honor to bring those stories to life. If you're curious about my work, you can always check out my website, BECBWARE.COM, where I offer a variety of original designs for purchase. It’s a wonderful way for me to share my art with those who connect with it, even if they're not ready for a tattoo. I also absolutely love working on custom pieces! If you have an idea swirling in your head, don't hesitate to reach out. I enjoy the collaborative process of taking your vision and transforming it into a unique, bespoke tattoo design that truly reflects you. Getting to where I am today, with a fantastic new shop that feels like a family, has been a journey of passion and perseverance. Every day is a chance to learn and grow, and I’m always open to new techniques and inspirations. I’m excited to use this space to share more behind-the-scenes glimpses into my creative process, from initial sketches to the finished tattoo. For example, when I start a custom piece, I usually begin with a conversation to truly understand the client's vision and personal story. Then, I move to rough sketches, sometimes even exploring different styles or compositions, before refining it into the intricate line work you see in a finished design like that detailed female face sketch. The Gengar-themed piece, for instance, involved a lot of playful brainstorming to capture the character's mischievous spirit while fitting it into a tattooable form. I often get asked about my artistic evolution. I’ve always loved drawing, but specializing in tattoo art has given my work a whole new dimension. It’s not just about creating a beautiful image; it’s about creating something that will live on someone's skin, becoming a part of their story. This responsibility and connection deeply motivate me. So, whether you're an aspiring artist, a tattoo enthusiast, or just curious about the creative process, I hope you’ll stick around. I’m planning to share more about my favorite tools, tips for taking care of new tattoos, and even some insights into the Florida tattoo scene. What kind of designs would you love to see me create next, or what tattoo art questions do you have for me?
