I've made it a whole week!! Honestly really of proud of myself!

Down 4 lbs in the first week! This is so motivating!!

I have to say, this has been really difficult, but I'm super proud of myself. This isn't an easy feat, but somebody like me accomplishing like this, has been such a reward. Let this be an encouragement to you! And of course all glory to God, keeping Him at the forefront, and wanting to stew

I'm finally feeling energized and ready to go! Not gonna lie it was hard those first few days! Reminding myself of the rewards that come with stewarding my body well!

I was really sore today, so kept my weight light! And took it really slow on my walk today!

Was so busy forgot to take a picture of my dinner!

My rules: 1. 120g of protein 2.Memorize a scripture every day 3. 30 mins of indoor and 30 mins of outdoor exercise 4.Sleep 8 hours 5. 1 gallon of water
