Crumble Cookie Dupe 🍪
Cookie dough:
1 cup salted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
Butter cream icing:
1/2 cup crisco
1 stick soften butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Blend till smooth
Then add about 4 cups powdered sugar
3 tbs milk
Mix till well combined
Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 15 minutes portioning out about 1/4 cup of dough per cookie (yes they are huge!!)
I kept them simple tonight but you can add food coloring and make them fun with sprinkles!! My kids and husband loved them!
