GF CRUMBL COOKIE DUPE

🍪make a Crumbl dupe with me🍪

#crumblcookies have been trending everywhere & due to my gluten allergy, i can't try any of them!

they look like rich delicious cookies, so i decided to give it a chance at home for us #glutenfree people to try at home!

📋I add the ingredients one by one from dry to wet.

2 cups flour

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

3/4 tsp of salt & baking soda

1 egg

3/4 cup of softened butter.

1 generous cup of chocolate chips

My convection oven baked each tray of cookies for 8 minutes; I baked them until they were golden brown.

I give these 🍪s a 4.5/5! I think next time I will use vanilla extract & semi-sweet chocolate over dark chocolate.

Cheers to Gluten Free baking 🤩

... Read moreEver since Crumbl cookies started trending, I've been dreaming of trying them, but being gluten-free meant I couldn't. After countless attempts, I finally cracked the code to a truly amazing homemade gluten-free Crumbl cookie dupe! This recipe isn't just easy; it delivers those rich, chewy, and perfectly sweet cookies we all crave, making it a must-try for anyone looking for a fantastic gluten-free crumbl cookies recipe. Let's talk ingredients. The base is crucial, and using a good quality gluten-free all-purpose flour blend (like Cup for Cup or Bob's Red Mill 1-to-1) makes a huge difference in achieving that perfect texture. For sugars, the combination of granulated and packed brown sugar is key for that signature chewy texture and deep flavor. I've found that using 1/2 cup granulated and 1/2 cup packed brown sugar is just right for sweetness and moisture. And don't skimp on the softened butter – it’s absolutely essential for that rich, melt-in-your-mouth feel. While the original recipe mentioned dark chocolate, I personally love a generous cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips, or even a mix of milk and semi-sweet, to get closer to that classic Crumbl taste. And yes, a splash of vanilla extract (about 1 teaspoon) truly elevates the overall flavor profile! Now, for the baking process itself. Once your dough is mixed (remembering to add dry to wet ingredients for the best results!), an absolute game-changer is using an ice cream scoop to portion your cookies. This ensures they're all consistently sized, just like the real deal, and bake evenly. I usually go for a large scoop to get those big, satisfying cookies. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper – essential for easy cleanup! My convection oven bakes them perfectly at 380°F for about 8-10 minutes. You want them golden brown around the edges but still slightly soft in the middle. They'll continue to set as they cool. Don't worry if the first batch is out and looks a little soft; that's exactly what you want for that perfect Crumbl texture. What if your cookies spread too much? A common issue! Ensure your butter isn't too soft (room temperature, but not melted) and chilling your dough for 30 minutes before baking can also help, especially if your kitchen is warm. For an extra touch, sometimes I press a few extra chocolate chips on top of the scooped dough before baking for that bakery-style look. You could also experiment with adding a pinch of cinnamon or a different type of chip, like white chocolate or peanut butter chips, for fun variations. The beauty of a homemade GF Crumbl cookie dupe is that you can customize it to your heart's content! Once cooled, these cookies are best enjoyed fresh. Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or freeze the baked cookies for a quick treat later. Reheating them slightly in the microwave can bring back that warm, gooey texture, making them feel freshly baked again. Seriously, this gluten-free Crumbl cookie dupe recipe has brought so much joy to my kitchen, and I hope it does for yours too!
