I made this smoothie to help me bounce back after a heavier period, but honestly… it’s one I’ll be craving all month long 😋 it’s packed with nutrients that help replenish iron, support hormones, and boost energy gently without needing caffeine or anything extreme ⚡️🥰

INGREDIENTS

1 ripe frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen cherries

1/4 cup frozen pineapple

1 handful spinach

1 tbsp blackstrap molasses

1 tbsp almond butter or tahini

1 tbsp cacao powder

1 tsp maca powder

1 tbsp hemp seeds

1 cup almond or hemp milk

Optional:

1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder (I used )

1 Medjool date for extra sweetness

Blend it all up until it’s creamy and smooth. Add a little more milk if you like it thinner.
