Crispy Gnocchi with Spinach and Feta

A healthy, fresh spring recipe. Simple ingredients, filled with vitamins, immune support, protein and energy. The spinach and feta give it that refreshing spring feel! 8/10, I would probably add lemon juice or something to make it feel less dense and more light but that's a personal preference!
