Taking short breaks when stressed helps your brain reset, consolidate memories, and boost focus and resilience. It’s not just a pause—it’s a performance enhancer.

- Take a 5–10 minute break every 60–90 minutes.

- Use your break for stretching, deep breathing, or a short walk.

- Avoid screens—give your eyes and brain a true rest.

- Try mindfulness or music to shift your mental state.

Go one step further and take some steps—just like Einstein!
